Funnily enough my previous off-tank build was very similar to the one Airo has posted earlier. I ended up with the current build after a few not-so-succesfull attempts on a dps-build .

I retrained my feats (again ), now my featbuild is similar to the one Airo has posted earlier : http://feats.goonheim.com/darktemplar#abdhjknpr4uAB:ac4:abefgimor

Largest difference is that I put three points to consuming bulwark. I took the points from other feats for example 1 from vigor leech and 1 from stone skin. I also got the mind shatter-combo, which I think is usefull in crowd control. All in all my new build is clearly better for offtanking than the one before.
