Adams account is hacked, if any1 knows how to resolved this huge problem, HELP, pliz ......

Really? i read in forum that some more players got their accounts hacked. ??? ???
Adam make petition asap the other players that got hacked said that if you make petition in 5 days they can give you almost all of your equipment back. :-\
BTW i saw no golds and shards in guild bank some officer took them or.....? ???

The ppl that do this shit are total wankers,I had my steam account hacked,just act fast on it,send emails to funcom or get friends to petition for you if u can't access your account,don't worry m8 this problem can be fixed you just have to act fast as I'm sure you are,Gl getting it sorted m8 as it's a horrible feeling knowing ppl have you stuff,how did this happen,did you type your details into a false login page?

as i wrote on officer thred i have alrdy talked with the custmer service and they are looking into the matter now and they have restored my password so now i wait untill tomorw to check with them when they can give
back my stuff and guild stuff az well and track the fuker who did these bull shit... am really pissd but kind of happy that they can resolve this issue.. so now we just gone have to wait and see wat

Hmm if i correctly remember in your country Adam user account hacking is serious crime, if you not lazzy you can make "application" in police and make some "example" and get some "morale" compensation, but its depends from you.

Hmm, weird. A person in Destiny also had his account hacked 2 days ago, he's still going through the process of getting it back with customer support. Hopefully you can get everything back.

just make sure u change your passwords on mail accounts as well. They have to get your information from somewhere and mail accounts are the most common source.

Was one other person talking in global yesterday that had also been hacked, so at least 4 cases.
Really crappy to get hacked. Hope everything gets resolved and Adam gets all his stuff back without any big problems.

Adam`s case is a special, coz not only his stuff vanished because of this hack... all guild money and all shards from guildbank are gone...
and situation is really stupid, since GMs could reimburse our stuff only if Adam will petition it from one of his chars in closest time... e.g. - there`s a chance still, that we`ll loose all our assets permanentely.

This is truly idiotic, its like saying to a guy who got his hands cut off that he'll have to make a handwritten report about it before they can attach his hands back on in the hospital.
I can't believe there is nothing FC can do unless petitioned by Adam...oh wait its FC :o.

It must have been someone who knows Adam and his position in CRO (and his main) otherwise he/she would be struggling to find out which one of his toons have access to guild bank as he have like hundred alts :D
Interesting situation indeed, I say let the hunt for hacker`s head begin! ps, if i knew how much my aoc gold is worth in euros i would sell it asap before leaving the game as i have around 200g and 2 shards which i will probably never use, damn :-\

ok thank god they fixd my account fast enough and restored most things i hade from gear to mony to all alts witch where deletd and now they gone fix back the guild mats and mony heres the mail i got from them:
